Западные боссы помнят, как наш президент сразу же принялся вовсю убеждать, что это была российская ракета, до последнего момента выдвигая дикие версии. Тогда ведь весь мир осознал — мы в любой момент можем оказаться на грани ядерной войны из-за подобного эксцесса. В фильме «17 мгновений весны» была замечательная фраза: «маленькая ложь рождает большое недоверие». Нельзя обманывать своих союзников! Это стратегическая ошибка! Такие вещи они не забывают, и просто перестают верить! Именно это объясняет достаточно сдержанную реакцию Запада на эту ситуацию. Но остается открытым вопрос: кому выгоден взрыв Каховской ГЭС? They do not forget such things, and simply stop believing! This explains the rather restrained reaction of the West to this situation.
