А где вы были год этой войны? Где был президент, его министры, СНБО, офис? Почему не проверяли и не привели в порядок за это время? Где был президент, сейчас сурово кривящий рот и сдвигающий брови? Ведь его военная администрация давно управляет столицей и его руководители районных администраций распределяют деньги на нужды защиты населения. Сейчас его деланный как бы суровый апломб понятен: есть возможность и повод помножить на ноль конкурента, каким он считает для себя Кличко.
Несомненно, Кличко с комбандой виновны в этом бедламе, в который они превратили Киев. Но сейчас в этом, а особенно в вопросах гражданской обороны и защиты киевлян не менее виновен президент и его окружение: если бы с киевским мэром у них были бы лады, не сомневайтесь, никто бы и не пикнул бы по поводу этих непригодных бомбоубежищ, так бы и продолжали «косить» на войне.
Задумайтесь — только 15% пригодны!!! В столице!!! О регионах нет смысла и говорить… Запомните — это наглядное их отношение к стране и её людям, а не все эти рисованно-деланно-постановочные выступления, слезы, запевы гимна, повальная квази-военная одежда и прочий театр.
