Сотрудничество «Союза левых сил – За новый социализм» (СЛС-ЗНС) с международным левым движением выходит на новый уровень.

Лидер украинского левого движения Максим Гольдарб официально приглашён принять участие в съезде оппозиционных левых партий Испании «Левый полюс».

На съезде, который пройдёт в ближайшее время в Мадриде, планируется сформировать предвыборную коалицию испанских левых партий для участия в предстоящих в июне этого года выборах в Европарламент.

Будет утверждена также предвыборная платформа будущей коалиции – Политическая конвенция левых.

В проекте Политической конвенции левых, говорится в частности, о необходимости:

демократизации Евросоюза;

отказа от господствующей неолиберальной модели;

поддержки многополярного мира;

выхода ЕС из НАТО и из подчинённого по отношению к США положения;

вывода всех иностранных военных баз с территории Евросоюза и введение запрета на хранение иностранного ядерного оружия в странах, которые не обладают им в своем национальном арсенале;

отмены всех нынешних односторонних нелегитимных санкцй, установленных без согласия Совета Безопасности ООН;

сокращения военных бюджетов Европейского союза;

немедленного прекращения продажи оружия странам, находящимся в состоянии конфликта, примером чего являются поставки летального оружия правительству, возникшему в результате государственного переворота в Украине в 2014 году.

Важно отметить, что при подготовке этого документа испанскими левыми была учтена позиция СЛС-ЗНС, которая озвучивалась нами в ходе постоянных контактов с испанскими товарищами.

В ходе съезда Максим Гольдарб планирует обсудить с его участниками: Альянсом левых республиканских сил Испании (с которыми мы плотно взаимодействуем уже около года), представителями других испанских левых партий, включая депутатов Европарламента, вопросы дальнейшего сотрудничества украинских и испанских левых.

The cooperation between the Union of Left Forces — For New Socialism (SLS-ZNS) and the international leftist movement is reaching a new level.

The leader of the Ukrainian leftist movement Maxim Goldarb has been officially invited to take part in the congress of opposition leftist parties in Spain «Left Pole».

At the congress, which will be held soon in Madrid, it is planned to form a pre-election coalition of a number of Spanish left-wing parties to participate in the upcoming elections to the European Parliament in June this year.

The electoral platform of the future coalition — the Political Convention of the Left — will also be approved.

The draft Political Convention of the Left, states in particular the need for:

democratization of the European Union;

rejection of the dominant neoliberal model;

support for a multipolar world;

withdrawal of the EU from NATO and from its subordinate position to the US;

withdrawal of all foreign military bases from the territory of the EU and a ban on the storage of foreign nuclear weapons in countries that do not possess them in their national arsenal;

lifting all current unilateral illegitimate sanctions imposed without the consent of the UN Security Council;

reduction of the European Union’s military budgets;

an immediate halt to arms sales to countries in conflict, as exemplified by the supply of lethal weapons to the government resulting from the 2014 coup d’état in Ukraine.

It is important to note that in preparing this document, the Spanish left took into account the position of the SLS-ZNS, which we voiced in the course of our regular contacts with our Spanish comrades.

During the Congress Maxim Goldarb plans to discuss with its participants: the Alliance of Left Republican Forces of Spain (with whom we have been closely cooperating for about a year), representatives of other Spanish leftist parties, including members of the European Parliament, issues of further cooperation between the Ukrainian and Spanish leftists.
