Власти планируют усилить охрану границы с помощью технических средств. Деньги из трещащего по швам государственного бюджета пойдут не на возобновление выплат надбавок военным и не на погашение задолженности по зарплатам учителям, а на борьбу с теми, кто, спасаясь от мобилизации, пытается выехать за границу. Ведь в стране становится все меньше и меньше желающих, которые хотят идти воевать и умирать. Параллельно с этим «деятели» с Печерского холма хотят ввести наказание для мужчин, которые незаконно уехали за границу во время военного положения. Как юрист, скажу: первейшее правило, которое учат первокурсники любого юрфака, — закон, отягчающий положение, обратной силы не имеет. И все уехавшие до принятия такого закона не могут нести ответственность. Но это в правовой стране. А в нашей нынешней квазиправовой системе возможно все, что угодно. Понятное дело, что эта власть ненадолго, не на века, и впоследствии такое наказание будет отменено. А те граждане, в отношении которых это было применено, смогут получить статус политически преследуемых лиц и будут иметь право на компенсацию из бюджета. Вот только бюджета, скорее всего, к тому времени не будет. Но нынешнюю власть все это как-то не волнует…
