О качестве оружия, которое передается Украине, уже заговорили на Западе. У тех, кто поставляет нам весь этот оружейный хлам, все замечательно получается: они зарабатывают на поставках, не тратятся на утилизацию и освобождают склады для новых заказов современного оружия. При этом они говорят своим законодателям: «Смотрите, мы же отдали оружие, у нас его больше нет, надо пополнить запасы». Естественно, законодатели голосуют, и выделяются деньги. При этом контролировать расходы на войну в принципе невозможно. Как можно посчитать, сколько боеприпасов было использовано, что взорвалось, а что нет? Можно, к примеру, заявить, что поставили 100 тысяч снарядов, но фактически поставить только 40 тысяч. Представляете, как можно надуть эти расходы? Для военно-промышленного комплекса текущая ситуация — это просто манна небесная. Все, кто тесно связан с военной экономикой, восторгаются тем, что происходит в Украине. Им глубоко все равно, сколько людей погибнет. Вопрос только в том, чем Украина будет расплачиваться за такую помощь? То, что называется красивым словом «помощь», на самом деле является займами и кредитами. И придется отдавать их землей, полезными ископаемыми и промышленными активами. Американская помощь всегда предусматривает выгоду только для себя.

The quality of the weapons being handed over to Ukraine has already been discussed in the West. Those who supply us with all this weapons junk are doing great: they make money on deliveries, do not spend money on disposal, and free up warehouses for new orders of modern weapons. At the same time, they say to their legislators: «Look, we gave away weapons, we no longer have them, we need to replenish stocks.» Naturally, legislators vote and money is allocated. At the same time, it is basically impossible to control the costs of the war. How can you calculate how much ammunition was used, what exploded and what did not? It is possible, for example, to state that 100,000 shells have been delivered, but in fact only 40,000 have been delivered. Can you imagine how you can inflate these costs? For the military-industrial complex, the current situation is just manna from heaven. Everyone who is closely connected with the war economy is delighted with what is happening in Ukraine. They don’t really care how many people die. The only question is how Ukraine will pay for such assistance? What is called the beautiful word «help» is actually loans and credits. And they will have to give them land, minerals and industrial assets. American aid is always intended to benefit only itself.
