Европейский суд по правам человека (ЕСПЧ) начал процедуру по нашей жалобе по запрету партии.

Политическая партия «Союз Левых Сил» («За новый социализм») первой из запрещённых властью украинских политических партий в рамках рассмотрения нашей жалобы в ЕСПЧ на неконституционный запрет нашей партии вступила в официальную переписку с Европейским судом для подготовительных судебных процедур. Представлять СЛС (ЗНС) в ЕСПЧ будет глава партии Максим Гольдарб. Все правовые механизмы для защиты своих прав будут нами максимально использованы.

The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) has started proceedings on our complaint about the party’s ban.

The political party “Union of Left Forces” (“For New Socialism”), the first of the Ukrainian political parties banned by the authorities, as part of the consideration of our complaint to the ECHR about the unconstitutional ban on our party, entered into official correspondence with the European Court for preparatory judicial procedures. The head of the party Maxim Goldarb will represent the SLS (ZNS) in the ECHR. We will use all legal mechanisms to protect our rights to the maximum.
