Европейский суд по правам человека (ЕСПЧ) начал процедуру по нашей жалобе по запрету партии! Политическая партия «Союз Левых Сил» («За новый социализм») первой из запрещённых властью украинских политических партий в рамках рассмотрения нашей жалобы в ЕСПЧ на неконституционный запрет нашей партии вступила в официальную переписку с Европейским судом для подготовительных судебных процедур. Представлять СЛС (ЗНС) в ЕСПЧ будет глава партии Максим Гольдарб. Все правовые механизмы для защиты своих прав будут нами максимально использованы.

В рамках остальной деятельности движения «За новый социализм» сделано следующее:

1. Статьи лидера движения, Максима Гольдарба, были опубликованы в зарубежных СМИ 17 раз, выходя в свет практически каждый рабочий день. Количество стран и средств массовой информации, где выходили эти информационные материалы, увеличилось:

Статья Максима Гольдарба «Немедленно остановите войну и садитесь за стол переговоров!» была опубликована на страницах международного франкоязычного сайта «Arrêt sur info»;

статья Максима Гольдарба «В Украине под шум войны устанавливается олигархическая диктатура» вышла на страницах немецкого интернет-портала Forum gewerkschaftliche Linke Berlin;

также эта статья была опубликована в международном англоязычном СМИ The Rio Times;

статья о героизации нацизма в Украине опубликовал немецкий сайт Sicht vom Hochblauen.

Большой резонанс в мировых СМИ вызвала статья лидера движения «За новый социализм» о репрессиях против левых сил и других противников действующей власти в Украине, основанная на информационных материалах, собранных Международным Центром помощи украинцам. Эта статья была опубликована на страницах следующих изданий:

немецкий сайт Nachdenkseiten;

испанский сайт «Rebelión»;

международное издание La Haine;

французский портал Le Grand Soir;

международный сайт Defend Democracy Press;

французский сайт Histoire et société;

международное испаноязычное СМИ Resumen Latinoamericano;

испанский сайт Diario-octubre;

международное англоязычное СМИ «Strategic Culture Foundation».

2. Помимо этого, статьи Максим Гольдарба появились на сайтах левых партий Европы и мира. Так, статья лидера движения «За новый социализм» была опубликована на страницах Всемирного социалистического веб-сайта; на сайте CONVERGÊNCIA, входящем в информационную орбиту португальской партии Левый блок; а также на официальном сайте партии Альянс левых республиканских сил Испании (AIRE).

Кроме того, на сайте Альянса левых республиканских сил Испании (AIRE) опубликована официальная позиция партии о поддержке СЛС-ЗНС.

3. Лидер движения «За новый социализм» Максим Гольдарб принял участие в международном «Марше за мир и братство народов» Перуджа-Ассизи, состоявшемся 21 мая в Италии. Это самое авторитетное в мире антивоенное мероприятие, проходящее регулярно в течение более 60 лет, начиная с 24 сентября 1961 года. Участие в нём особенно важно, так как именно движение «За новый социализм» выступило ранее с инициативой создания международной общественно-политической площадки «Мир для Украины».

4. Наращивал свою работу Международный Центр помощи украинцам, призванный оказывать практическую, юридическую, документарную, консультационную, информационную помощь нашим соотечественникам, попавшим в тяжелую ситуацию.

Так, Международный Центр помощи украинцам подготовил и опубликовал следующие информационные материалы:

Хроника репрессий против Украинской православной церкви;

идеологических противников нынешней власти в Украине ждут тюрьма или смерть;

граждан Украины лишают права на справедливое правосудие;

неконституционный запрет оппозиционных партий по фальшивым обвинениям;

удушение свободы слова в Украине;

санкции как незаконный механизм расправы с неугодными;

огульное лишение гражданства Украины;

ликвидация независимости местного самоуправления;

давление на общественных активистов и критиков власти.

На основании этих материалов в СМИ Европы, Америки и Азии вышло 25 публикаций.

5. Видеоролики спикеров движения на собственных каналах на YouTube были просмотрены 400 тысяч раз, на дружественных YouTube-площадках – более 1 миллиона.

6. На платформе TikTok –  300 тысяч просмотров.

7. На платформе Дзен – 9 тысяч.

8. Охваты на наших Телеграмм-каналах достигли 587 тысяч, на дружественных каналах – около 8 миллионов.

Борьба за мир и за новый социализм продолжается.

The European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) has started proceedings on our complaint about the party’s ban! The political party “Union of Left Forces” (“For New Socialism”), the first of the Ukrainian political parties banned by the authorities, as part of the consideration of our complaint to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) about the unconstitutional ban on our party, entered into official correspondence with the ECHR for preparatory judicial procedures. The head of the party Maxim Goldarb will represent the SLS (ZNS) in the ECHR. We will use all legal mechanisms to protect our rights to the maximum.

As part of the rest of the activities of the movement «For a New Socialism», the following has been done:

1. Articles by the leader of the movement, Maxim Goldarb, were published in foreign media 17 times, appearing almost every working day. The number of countries and media where these informational materials were published increased:

Maxim Goldarb’s article «Immediately stop the war and sit down at the negotiating table!» was published on the pages of the international French-language site «Arrêt sur info»;

Maxim Goldarb’s article «Oligarchic dictatorship is being established in Ukraine under the noise of war» was published on the pages of the German Internet portal Forum gewerkschaftliche Linke Berlin;

also this article was published in the international English-language media The Rio Times;

An article about the glorification of Nazism in Ukraine was published by the German site Sicht vom Hochblauen.

A great resonance in the world media was caused by the article by the leader of the movement “For New Socialism” about repressions against the left forces and other opponents of the current government in Ukraine, based on information materials collected by the International Center for Assistance to Ukrainians. This article has been published in the following publications:

German site Nachdenkseiten;

Spanish site «Rebelion»;

international edition of La Haine;

French portal Le Grand Soir;

international website Defend Democracy Press;

French website Histoire et société;

the international Spanish-language media Resumen Latinoamericano;

Spanish site Diario-octubere;

2. In addition, Maxim Goldarba’s article appeared on the websites of left-wing parties in Europe and the world. Thus, an article by the leader of the For New Socialism movement was published on the pages of the World Socialist Web Site; on the CONVERGÊNCIA website, which is part of the information orbit of the Portuguese party Left Bloc; as well as on the official website of the Alliance of the Left Republican Forces of Spain (AIRE) party.

In addition, the website of the Alliance of the Left Republican Forces of Spain (AIRE) published the official position of the party on the support of the SLS-ZNS.

3. The leader of the movement «For New Socialism» Maxim Goldarb took part in the international «March for peace and brotherhood of peoples» Perugia-Assisi, held on May 21 in Italy. This is the world’s most respected anti-war event, which has been held regularly for more than 60 years, since September 24, 1961. Participation in this event is especially important, since it was the movement “For New Socialism” that earlier came up with the initiative to create an international socio-political platform “Peace for Ukraine”.

4. The International Center for Assistance to Ukrainians, designed to provide practical, legal, documentary, consulting, and informational assistance to our compatriots who find themselves in a difficult situation, has increased its work.

Thus, the International Center for Assistance to Ukrainians prepared and published the following information materials:

Chronicle of repressions against the Ukrainian Orthodox Church;

ideological opponents of the current government in Ukraine are waiting for prison or death;

сitizens of Ukraine are deprived of the right to fair justice;

unconstitutional banning of opposition parties on false charges;

strangulation of freedom of speech in Ukraine;

sanctions as an illegal mechanism for reprisals against those who are objectionable;

indiscriminate deprivation of citizenship of Ukraine;

liquidation of the independence of local self-government;

pressure on public activists and critics of the authorities.

Based on these materials, 25 publications were published in the media of Europe, America and Asia.

5. The videos of the movement’s speakers on their own YouTube channels were viewed 348 thousand times, on friendly YouTube platforms — more than 1 million.

6. On the TikTok platform — 292 thousand views.

7. On the Zen platform — 9 thousand.

8. Reach on our Telegram channels reached 587 thousand, on friendly channels — about 8 million.

We continue to build up efforts in the struggle for peace and for a new socialism.
