В своей новой публикации Сеймур Херш обвинил украинские власти в незаконном присвоении выделенных средств для закупки дизельного топлива. Речь идёт о 400 млн долларов. Учитывая череду коррупционных скандалов в Министерстве обороны, вполне допускаю такую возможность. Под грохот войны очень легко списывать гигантские суммы, прикрываясь военной необходимостью. Но хищение в таких масштабах не происходят на среднем управленческом уровне, подобные махинации идут с ведома, или при участии высших лиц. Увы, сегодняшняя обстановка позволяет власти воровать безбожно, и при том их сейчас никто не осудит, особенно, если это делается под «крышей» заокеанского партнера.
