Причина проста: Израиль не верит украинскому президенту, не верит в его искренность и чистые помыслы; там считают, что он хочет ехать для пиара, очередного собственного шоу, не для помощи.
Кроме того, не последнюю роль, думаю, играет в такой позиции властей Израиля появившаяся в паблисити информация об обнаружении у убитых боевиков оружия, ранее отправленного в Украину.

The reason is simple: Israel does not trust the Ukrainian president, does not believe in his sincerity and pure thoughts; they believe that he wants to go for PR, another personal show, not for help.
In addition, I think, an important role in this position of the Israeli authorities is played by the information that appeared in the publicity about the discovery of weapons previously sent to Ukraine from the killed militants.
