Статья лидера украинского социалистического движения о геополитическом противостоянии в мире опубликована в Испании.

Так, соответствующая статья Максима Гольдарба под названием «Запад против Не-Запада» вышла на страницах испанского издания CRONICA POLITICA.

CRONICA POLITICA – это ежемесячный журнал, учрежденный общественным объединением Прогрессивная Гражданская Альтернатива и являющийся одним из ведущих изданий левого направления в Испании.

В своей статье Максим Гольдарб, в частности, пишет:

«…Навязывание Западом всем неолиберальной, глобалистской политической и экономической модели по итогу привело и к его собственному отчуждению от всего мира, и к сплочению, если не очевидному, то поддерживающе-сочувственному, всего остального мира, не-западного…

… Недавняя встреча лидеров стран Европы и Латинской Америки, на которой вторые отказались принять западную оценку причин и смыслов происходящего в Украине, вполне объективно и свеже говорит об этой геополитической линии на консолидацию не-Запада и отказе в поддержке западных требований. Кроме того, сегодняшние сильнейшие тенденции в объединении стран Востока, Африки, Латинской и Центральной Америк в иные, альтернативные экономические и торговые альянсы, платформы для решения проблем безопасности более чем понятно и очевидно ставят под сомнение еще недавнее монопольное могущество Запада из-за его фактической собственности на международные правила и порядок их применения.

Что касается основы человеческой жизни и развития на Земле — экономики — то здесь ситуация в краткие сроки претерпела головокружительные и кардинальные изменения. Вот несколько маркеров:

1) если в начале 90-х прошлого века на долю Запада приходилось более 50% производительности в мировой экономике, то сегодня этот показатель стремится всего лишь к четверти, остальное — у коллективного не-Запада;

2) стандартно, в силу экономической географии, основные ресурсы планеты, в первую очередь, энергетические, принадлежат странам, не относящимся к коллективному Западу. А вот нестандартным является то, что не-Запад уже научился пользоваться дарованными Богом богатствами самостоятельно, используя их для производства собственной продукции с добавленной стоимостью, все меньше и меньше нуждаясь в  западной продукции, более того, прекрасно конкурируя с ним на его же рынках;

3) тогда как западный мир хиреет с точки зрения демографии, не-Запад разрастается: из 8 млрд населения планеты лишь 1 млрд живет в западных странах.

Пока еще Запад сохраняет определенное преимущество (в основном, по утверждениям западных аналитиков) в вопросах милитаризации и обороны. Однако сегодня многие представители стран не-Запада имеют на вооружении ядерное оружие, применение которого в случае всестороннего или глобального конфликта множит на ноль иные военные возможности и преимущества и влечет за собой глобальную гибель всех участников. Так что вряд ли сейчас стоит уже говорить о его, Запада, преимуществе над не-Западом. НАТО же сегодня, несмотря на кажущийся «прирост», изнутри разрывают и колеблют такие внутренние противоречия, которые, тем более с учетом развития нынешней ситуации в Украине, вполне могут в совокупности с международной конъюнктурой повлечь за собой развал блока в ближайшие несколько лет.

Как видим, остановить мировую тенденцию на ликвидацию западной гегемонии, поддерживаемый абсолютным большинством стран на Земле планетарный тренд на создание многополярного мира, Запад уже не в силах. Более того, представляется неплохим по итогу результатом для него, Запада, хотя бы создание ситуации равновесия с не-Западом, в вопросах доминирования на мировой арене…

… А теперь, с учетом всего написанного, некоторые мысли о «своей рубахе», об Украине. Ей определили как бы двигаться на Запад: именно определили, так как такое направление было выбрано не ее народом и не его волеизъявлением; как бы — потому что по итогу это все «движение» фикция. Это — одна из целей осуществленного в 2014 майдана и смены власти. Народ Украины не голосовал за курс в НАТО — это сделал Порошенко и подконтрольный парламент, всенародного волеизъявления по такому важнейшем судьбоносному вопросу не было; от ассоциации с ЕС экономика нашей страны утратила промышленный смысл и на глазах превратилась в сырьевую аграрную, зависимую от Европы экономику; навязываемые людям и стране так называемые «неолиберальные ценности» противоречат истории, духу, традициям, вере, истинным ценностям украинцев. Разорвав отношения с Россией, страна лишилась дешевых ресурсов и рынков сбыта, поддерживавших ранее ее экономику. Разрушение экономических отраслей и цепочек повлекло за собой отток рабочей силы, причем задолго до войны, а обнищание украинских домохозяйств вследствие ужасной девальвации гривны, разрушения банковской системы, 10-кратного повышения платежей за газ, электричество и коммунальные услуги сделали бедными в прямом смысле слова две трети украинского населения, что повлекло за собой катастрофическое сворачивание внутреннего рынка и, опять же, отток трудовых ресурсов. «Рост» валового продукта все послемайданные годы происходит  исключительно в отчетах, за счет иностранных займов и искажения статистики.

Это — результат «западного» движения Украины за какие-то 9 лет. Плюс, конечно, война: она, как говорит венгерский премьер-министр Орбан, по сути ликвидировала субъектность Украины в экономическом плане, окончательно обрушив ее экономику и потенциал, разрушив логистику, дополнительно изгнав из страны 5-7 млн трудоспособных украинцев, уничтожив несколько сот тысяч украинских мужчин. В этой связи обязательно необходимо указать, что точно так, как бывший президент Порошенко не спрашивал украинский народ, хочет ли тот в НАТО, президент Зеленский не спрашивает украинский народ, желает ли он продолжения войны или хочет прекращения боевых действий и начала мирных переговоров. Напомню, и в первую очередь об этом свидетельствуют американцы (Кеннеди, Карлсон, Херш), что именно Запад, Британия и США, весной прошлого года заставил украинскую власть свернуть начавшиеся мирные переговоры и забыть о мире.

Вряд ли нынешний украинский президент читал великолепную книгу Роберта Каплана «Месть географии», в противном случае он не допустил бы тех стратегических и катастрофических для страны ошибок, которые уже совершены. Ее автор показывает с помощью географических карт, какие конфликты и почему были, какие еще будут, как их избегать и завершать. Ее главная мысль состоит в умении понимать, что те или иные государства и народы находятся географически в определенных местах, на определенных континентах, соседствуя с другими государствами и народами; и мудрые правители и правительства обязаны учитывать нахождение их стран и народов и соседей, чтобы учиться и уметь лавировать, не конфликтовать, учитывать «соседские» желания, развиваться, а не воевать.

В своей статье о противостоянии государственников и транс-спекулянтов я отмечал, что с Украиной, в случае продолжения войны, априори ничего хорошего не будет, потому что она является ее эпицентром, рычагом приложения, взрывчаткой. Которая, взорвет она или не взорвет цель, сама взорвется точно. Война для Украины  — знак «равно» её отсутствию на геополитической карте мира. Кто бы и что бы сейчас ни говорил.

Единственным методом сохранения страны являются мирные переговоры и достижение мира. Мира, основанного на реалиях, а не на болезненных амбициях отдельных пока еще политических деятелей».

An article by the leader of the Ukrainian socialist movement was published in Spain.

Thus, the corresponding article by Maxim Goldarb entitled “West versus Non-West” was published on the pages of the Spanish publication CRONICA POLITICA.

CRONICA POLITICA is a monthly magazine founded by the Public Association Progressive Civic Alternative and is one of the leading left-wing publications in Spain.

In his article Maxim Goldarb, in particular, writes:

«…The aggressive imposition by the West of all other countries of the neoliberal, globalist political and economic model, as a result, led to its own alienation from the whole world, and to the unification, if not obvious, then supportive-sympathetic, of the rest of the non-Western world…

… This geopolitical line towards the consolidation of the non-West and the refusal to support Western demands is quite objectively evidenced by the recent meeting of the leaders of the countries of Europe and Latin America, at which the latter refused to accept the Western assessment of the causes and meanings of what is happening in Ukraine. In addition, today there are strong trends in the unification of the countries of the East, Africa, Latin and Central America into other, alternative economic and trade alliances, platforms for solving security problems. This is more than understandable and clearly calls into question the still recent monopoly power of the West because of its de facto ownership of international rules and the way they are applied.

As for the basis of human life and development on Earth — the economy — here the situation has undergone dizzying and cardinal changes in a short time. Here are some markers:

1) if in the early 90s of the last century the West accounted for more than 50% of the volume of production in the world economy, today this figure tends to only a quarter, the rest belongs to the collective non-West;

2) as a standard, due to economic geography, the main resources of the planet, primarily energy resources, belong to countries that do not belong to the collective West. But what is non-standard is that the non-West has already largely learned to use these riches on its own, using them to produce its own value-added products, needing Western products less and less, moreover, perfectly competing with the West in its own markets;

3) While the Western world is demographically dwindling, the non-West is growing: of the 8 billion people on the planet, only 1 billion live in Western countries.

So far, the West retains a certain advantage (mainly, according to Western analysts) in matters of militarization and defense. Today, however, many representatives of non-Western countries are armed with nuclear weapons, the use of which, in the event of a comprehensive or global conflict, multiplies other military capabilities and advantages by zero and entails the global death of all participants. So it is hardly worth talking now about its, the West, advantage over the non-West. NATO today, despite the apparent “growth”, is being torn apart and shaken from within by such internal contradictions, which (especially considering the development of the current situation in Ukraine) may well, in combination with the international situation, lead to the collapse of the bloc in the next few years.

As you can see, the West is no longer able to stop the global trend towards the elimination of Western hegemony, the planetary trend towards the creation of a multipolar world, which is supported by the absolute majority of countries on Earth. Moreover, it seems to be a good result for him, the West, at least the creation of a situation of equilibrium with the non-West, in matters of dominance on the world stage…

… And now, taking into account everything that has been written, some thoughts about “his shirt”, about Ukraine. For Ukraine, the course of alleged movement to the West was determined from the outside. It was determined from the outside, since such a direction was not chosen by the people of Ukraine and not by their will; and supposedly — because, as a result, all this «movement» is a fiction. This is one of the goals of the Maidan carried out in 2014 and the change of power.

The people of Ukraine did not vote for a course in NATO — this was done by Poroshenko and the parliament controlled by him, there was no popular expression of will on such an important fateful issue. From the association with the EU, the economy of our country has lost its industrial character and has turned into a resource-based agrarian economy dependent on Europe. The so-called “neoliberal values” imposed on people contradict the history, spirit, traditions, faith, true values of Ukrainians. By breaking off relations with Russia, the country lost cheap resources and markets that previously supported its economy. The destruction of economic sectors and chains led to an outflow of labor, and long before the war, and the impoverishment of Ukrainian households due to the terrible devaluation of the hryvnia, the destruction of the banking system, a 10-fold increase in payments for gas, electricity and utilities made two-thirds of the Ukrainian population poor in the truest sense of the word, which led to a catastrophic collapse of the domestic market and, again, the outflow of labor resources. The «growth» of the gross product all post-Maidan years occurred exclusively in reports, due to foreign loans and distortion of statistics.

This is the result of the «Western» movement of Ukraine for some 9 years. Plus, of course, the war: as Hungarian Prime Minister Orban says, it essentially eliminated the subjectivity of Ukraine in economic terms, finally collapsing its economy and potential, destroying logistics, additionally driving 5-7 million able-bodied Ukrainians out of the country, destroying several hundred thousand Ukrainian men.

In this regard, it is imperative to point out that just as former President Poroshenko did not ask the Ukrainian people if they wanted to join NATO, President Zelensky does not ask the Ukrainian people if they want the war to continue or if they want an end to hostilities and start peace negotiations. Let me remind you, and this is primarily evidenced by the Americans (Kennedy, Carlson, Hersh), that it was the West, Great Britain and the United States, that last spring forced the Ukrainian authorities to curtail the peace negotiations that had begun and forget about peace.

It is unlikely that the current Ukrainian president has read Robert Kaplan’s excellent book «The Revenge of Geography.» Otherwise, he would not have made those strategic and catastrophic mistakes for the country that have already been made. The author of this book shows with the help of geographical maps what conflicts were and why, what more will be, how to avoid and end them. The main idea of this book is the ability to understand that certain states and peoples are located geographically in certain places, on certain continents, adjacent to other states and peoples; and wise rulers and governments are obliged to take into account the location of their countries and peoples and neighbors in order to learn and be able to maneuver, not to conflict, take into account “neighborly” desires, develop, and not fight.

With Ukraine, if the war continues, a priori nothing good will happen, because Ukraine is its epicenter, leverage, explosives. Which, whether it blows up or does not blow up the target, will explode itself for sure. War for Ukraine is a sign «equal» to its absence on the geopolitical map of the world. Whoever says what now.

The only way to save the country is through peaceful negotiations and the achievement of peace. A world based on realities, not on the morbid ambitions of individual politicians».
