Недавно статья Максима Гольдарба  «В Украине под грохот войны устанавливается олигархическая диктатура» была опубликована на страницах международного англоязычного СМИ The Rio Times.

The Rio Times  – независимое цифровое издание, освещающее международные события на английском языке. Это СМИ существует с 2009 года и  особенно активно развивается в последние годы: в период с 2019 по 2022 год количество активных читателей The Rio Times увеличилось в десять раз. Его аудитория интернациональна: более 60% читателей сайта проживает в США, за которыми следуют Канада, Великобритания, Германия, Франция и Индия.
