Байден недавно заявил, что на складах в Штатах закончились обычные снаряды, поэтому они отправляют кассетные боеприпасы в Украину. Уверен, что все то оружие, которое сегодня присылается к нам в виде военной помощи, оно, как правило, не является современным. Союзники стараются отправить все то, что давно лежит у них на складах без дела, и им некуда его девать. А тут такой удобный случай, почему бы не воспользоваться им? США всегда прекрасно справлялись со своими экономическими проблемами с помощью различных военных действий, но не на своей территории. Чем больше снарядов будет выпущено, тем больше можно будет произвести, а значит, больше будет задействованы рабочая сила, бизнес, и, следовательно, рост и оживление экономики. Представьте только, сколько старого, ненужного хлама списывается сейчас, под возгласы: «мы с тяжелым сердцем передаем вам это, чтобы вы там воевали». Ну да, именно «с тяжелым» сердцем. Более циничной ситуации и не придумаешь.

The United States has always coped well with its economic problems through various military actions, but not on its own territory. The more shells that are fired, the more that can be produced, which means that more workforce, business, and, consequently, the growth and revitalization of the economy will be involved. Just imagine how much old, unnecessary rubbish is being written off now, under the exclamations: «With a heavy heart, we pass this on to you so that you fight there.» Well, yes, it is «with a heavy» heart. You can’t imagine a more cynical situation.
